Startup program questions.

Who can apply?

Startups registered in the United States, with a US business address, that are hiring now or plan to in the next six months. You should have raised funding, be in an accelerator or incubator, or be raising now. Apply with your work email on your company's own domain.

How much credit will we get?

Up to $2,000, which covers about 1,000 Basic screens. We set the amount from your hiring plan: the roles you are filling and how many people you expect to hire in the next six months.

What can we spend the credits on?

Any screening level: Basic at $2, Adaptive at $3 or Advanced at $5 per screen. You choose the level for each role.

When do the credits expire?

12 months after we add them to your account. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

How long does review take?

We check every application, usually within 2 business days. If you're approved, we email your Simplehire Enterprise login to the address you applied with, and the credits are already in your account.

Do we need a credit card?

No. You don't need a card to apply or to use your credits.

We're not based in the US. Can we apply?

Not yet. For now the program is only open to companies registered in the United States.

What happens when the credits run out?

You can keep screening at the normal per-screen price, or contact sales about volume pricing.

Program terms

Credits are for screening on Simplehire only. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and expire 12 months after they're added to your account. One application per company, for companies new to Simplehire. We set the credit amount, up to $2,000, from the information in your application, and we may decline any application. We may change or end the program at any time; credits already issued stay valid until they expire. Use of Simplehire is covered by our Terms of Service.
