Fees are shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Your certificate is for personal professional use. Employers may access your certificate via your shared link/QR. Do not resell or misrepresent.
We use AI systems and human QA; however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness. You must review the draft report before issuance.
No fraudulent documents, false statements, or attempts to manipulate results. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
Simplehire content, logos, and software are owned by us. You retain rights to your own content and grant us a limited license to use it for providing the service.
Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or outages. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Simplehire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California. Class-action waiver where permitted.
